Return & Refund Policy

We always want our clients to trust our brand .

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging. 
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We always send quality checked products and we deliver the same as shown in the product image

In the unlikely event that if you have received wrong or damaged product we are always happy to exchange (If available )or return it * .

  • We cannot offer a refund on a piece unless it is found to be faulty* . In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece or design .
    Balance amount will be adjusted with a discount/offer  coupon .
  • You have 5 days calendar days to return an item (ship the item yourself and share us the receipt ) from the date you received it. This is only applicable if you have received a damaged product or wrong product . (Shipping charges has to be born by the client )
  • Any damaged Product if you have received , we request our clients to share us an image within 24 hr of delivery . We will require a proper image of the damage *.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) we will also send you an email regarding the transfer process .
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • We will be needing an email from the client regarding the product problem with subject line “REFUND” with product code as mentioned on bill .

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

As its Pure Silver jewellery we only ship through trusted shipping partners .

We share the shipping details / tracking number by same day or next day . If there is any public holidays or weekend then we share the details on the very next working day .

We ship all our products via Air cargo .

  • Metro Cities – 4-7working days *
  • Other cities – 6-8 working days *
  • North east – 8-9 working days*

Express Shipping– On our clients request we do Express shipping . The charges are extra for them . It depends on the place . We request you to drop us a message or any email for special request .

Priority shipping start with Rs 200(Kindly write to us if this option is available for your city )

The package will be deliver in 2-3 days from the from the parcel booking next day .

International Shipping –

  • Our international package takes about 7-12* working days time to reach .
  • We ship by air . The custom clearance can take about 2 working days extra . It depends on country to country .
  • The Custom Duties is to be born by the Client . It does not include in our Shipping charges . As the custom duties differ from country to country .
  • our shipping partner will try to deliver 3 times on the provided address after that kindly contact us if you require any assistance info@artsilver.in or via Watsapp . If incase the package returns to us we will refund *or resend the package with the shipping charges again .
  • The refund for International Shipment will depend on the charges( if any )paid by our company or our shipping partner in custom clearance to bring back that package ,that will be deducted from the paid amount by our client and also the shipping charges is non refundable .
  • We are always available for any assistance . We can request the International delivery office for holding the package for few days incase of any emergency but its not always in our hand .
  • Change of delivery address is not possible once the shipment is out .
  • Custom Duties are not always applied on all packages it depends on country to country .
  • We provide full tracking details on the very next day . The shipment is safe and available to track from that time itself .

Shipping Charges for International Courir will be Different .

*Terms and condition applied – we will like to bring this is in notice that the given above is an estimate time . If there is any natural disaster or any riots or any public holidays the delivery time can be changed .

We always keep our clients updated with a message . Please do check you messenger also .

Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services: All our sale products is non returnable .

SALE PRODUCTS –

As all sale product we have single piece available . You will receive the same product as shown in the image . NO exchange or refund can be made on it . 

NO REFUND / EXCHANGE of these product are accepted .

Incase of wrong product delivered we will exchange with the right one without any additional charges .

NO ORDER CANCELLATION ACCEPTED .

If order placed in instagram inbox or via website or by WhatsApp messege order cancellation is not accepted . NO refund or amount adjustment will be done .

Order Cancellation (Non sale products)

  • Unless you cancel your order within 2 hrs after full payment has been made (incase of half payment no cancellation accepted ) , acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between Artsilver (The Creative Diaries ) will be completed when the goods have been dispatched .
  • To cancel your contract / order you must notify us of your decision by email here using the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address.
  1. Within 2 hr – You will be getting full refund in case of full payment . (If the package is not shipped )
  2. Incase of partial payment NO REFUND WILL BE MADE ,we will ship the product as requested .
  3. After 2 hrs (Full payment made ) – You will be getting 80% of the total amount . (As we book the package for shipping we have to pay them the shipping charges and Insurance of the package )
  4. After Dispatch – Only 20% of the amount can be refunded after the package is been Dispatched .
  5. After Delivery or After Dispatch 2nd day – No Refund

Special order or modification Orders

We ask for 30-50% of the total value before any modification or changes with the modification cost .

If it’s a special Order NO ADVANCE Amount will be paid on Cancellation . The booking amount can’t be used to purchase any other product or as a gift card .

The time line for any special order will share on Watsapp or email or instagram messenger can differ according to the artisan availability and public holidays . Will keep you updated accordingly for the design .

Special Orders products are specially made for the clients and as its handmade product it takes time to be made . As all clients are very special to us we try to make unique pieces .

If any client wishes to cancel any such orders after the modification as per clients request we wont give any refunds.

The full advance value will be non – refundable nor can be used to purchase any other products .

Order products –

  • After our conformation on the special order product or any other order product we take 50% of advance value on it , then we start manufacturing the products .
  • As all products are handmade and pure silver jewellery it may take 10-15 days* time to be made for each design or other estimated date shared by or team according to the pieces or design . We generally make them sooner.
  • Any cancellation of such orders , we wont be refunding any advance amount .

Advance Booked Products –

If a client wants to book a product in advance we will be happy to do that . The client need to pay a booking amount for the product 20-40% advance of the total amount . We will be happy to book the requested pieces on the same price for them . They will have 30 days to pay the balance amount than only the product will be shipped after full payment received. After 30 days we add Rs100 per week for next 2 weeks after that the product is no more available for the client .

If a client wants to change the product with any other design or request for a refund we won’t be able to do it as we have specially hold that product for the client . NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE .
